1. Scope

This DPA applies when Primenza processes personal data on your behalf as a processor under GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws. It supplements our Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Processing instructions

We process personal data only on documented instructions from you, including configuration of domains, audits, and integrations you enable.

3. Subprocessors

We use subprocessors for hosting, email, payments, and optional AI providers. A current list is available on request. We impose data protection obligations on subprocessors.

4. Security & breach notification

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.

5. Data subject requests & deletion

We assist with data subject requests where feasible. Upon termination, we delete or return personal data per your instructions, subject to legal retention requirements.
